BRIDGEPORT — Senior living communities 3030 Park in Bridgeport and East Hill in Southbury are now under the management of Senior Living Hospitality Group, a Connecticut-based organization formed by the local management team.
This team previously operated as part of Watermark Retirement Communities, an Arizona-based organization.
For the residents and families of 3030 Park and East Hill, the transition to Senior Living Hospitality Group ensures continuity in management and operations, reinforces a commitment to exceptional service, and renews the focus on delivering “next-generation hospitality” in senior living, Senior Living Hospitality Group announced.
All community employees will remain in their positions, ensuring the continued delivery of high standards in tailored service and compassionate care. The Connecticut-based leadership team also remains unchanged, including Frederick Zarrilli, president; Joan King, COO; and Samantha Nook, senior vice president.
“We are thrilled to bring an even greater degree of local perspective and insight as we continue investing in the future of our beautiful, vibrant communities,” Zarrilli said. “This transition is the latest step in delivering on our mission of providing our residents and families with a value proposition and customer experience that is unmatched in our marketplace.”
The management transition involves no change in the communities’ ownership or financing. Senior Living Hospitality Group’s appointment as manager has the full support of 3030 Park’s and East Hill’s ownership group, the prior manager Watermark Retirement Communities, and National Health Investors Inc., which has provided the communities’ long-term lease financing since 2016.
Senior Living Hospitality Group manages senior living communities, including continuing care retirement communities that offer independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation services.
