Luxury women”™s lifestyle brand Soft Surroundings is opening its first Fairfield County store on May 3 at the Danbury Fair Mall.
The store will be Soft Surroundings”™ second in Connecticut, following a 2007 opening in South Windsor, and 77th overall.
“We couldn”™t be more excited to finally bring another Soft Surroundings store to Connecticut, especially to Danbury Fair,” said Senior Vice President of Retail Danny Boddy. “We feel strongly that this is something that the women throughout the Fairfield County area ”“ and beyond ”“ can relate to.”
The St. Louis chain sells clothing, accessories, beauty and home goods, with most of the apparel and home goods designed exclusively by and for the brand. The beauty department will feature complimentary cosmetic and skincare consultations as well as regular beauty events.
The May 3 grand opening event will include snacks, champagne and specialized beauty treatments. The first 100 customers in line for the 10 a.m. opening will receive a gift bag filled with an assortment of products.
