Northern Westchester Hospital (NWH) in Mount Kisco, a member of Northwell Health, has announced that it is the first facility in Westchester County to offer Aquablation”¯Therapy for the treatment of lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) due to benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), or enlarged prostate.
”¯Aquablation”¯is a minimally invasive surgical technique performed using the AquaBeam”¯Robotic System, the first U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA)-cleared surgical robot utilizing automated tissue resection for the treatment of LUTS due to BPH.
