In praising Stamford, the website noted the city had a cost of living per household of $73,110 and an average household income of $164,837, thus leaving residence with excess income of $91,727 per year.

GrzeÅ›kiewicz also pointed to a property tax rate of 2.14%, an average monthly rent of $2,789 and a 4.4% unemployment rate. And is case anyone was worried that miscreants would try to pilfer their excess income, GrzeÅ›kiewicz added that “the FBI hailed Stamford as the safest city in New England and the 11th safest city in the United States.”
