The owners of Purchase Professional Park, Simone Development Companies and Fareri Associates report that health care providers have signed two new leases and one expansion totaling over 10,000 square feet at 3010 and 3020 Westchester Ave., two of the four buildings comprising Purchase Professional Park.
Release Recovery, an organization that helps individuals and their families recover from substance use and mental health disorders, has doubled the size of its facility to encompass nearly 16,000 square feet, a full floor at 3020 Westchester Ave. The Westchester Avenue location is Release Recovery’s first outpatient treatment facility in New York state.
Westchester Life has signed a new lease for 1,526 square feet at 3010 Westchester Ave. Westchester Life is a chiropractic group that also offers acupuncture, laser hair removal, and facials.
MD Hyperbaric has signed a new lease for 1,025 square feet at 3010 Westchester Ave. MD Hyperbaric offers hyperbaric oxygen therapy. It involves breathing 100% pure oxygen in a pressurized chamber, significantly increasing oxygen delivery to tissues to promote healing, fight infection, and repair damage from conditions like decompression sickness (known as ‘the bends’), carbon monoxide poisoning, severe burns, diabetic wounds, and radiation injury.

3030 Westchester Ave., is an 85,000 square-foot medical building that is fully leased to Westmed Medical Group/Summit Health.
3000 Westchester Ave. has a variety of tenants both in health care and other fields.
