Independent Community Bankers of America, an organization representing 5,000 members, chooses winners based on the number of fans and followers, frequency of posting new content and the type of content distributed on their social media platforms.
Melesko, a Vernon resident, earned her bachelor”™s degree from Central Connecticut State University and volunteers in the community as a DJ for fundraisers. She served on the board for the Wallingford Emergency Shelter and made public speeches about social media throughout Connecticut.
