The Norwalk Seaport Association has corralled Grammy Award winner Scott Stapp of Creed to the main stage as headline entertainment on Friday night of the 2014 Norwalk Seaport Association Oyster Festival, Sept. 5. Other musical acts include the U.S. Army band, The Volunteers, a contemporary, six-piece band that plays rock, pop, country and patriotic music, at 1 p.m. Sunday. During the course of the weekend, dozens of regional musicians will also take the stage.
