Green & Tonic, the 13-year-old, clean-eating café with nine locations across Westchester and Fairfield counties, has announced a collaboration benefiting the Vera Bradley Foundation for Breast Cancer in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. The brands will launch the Flourishing Garden Smoothie, a limited-edition drink available throughout the month of October at all Green & Tonic locations, with a portion of proceeds benefiting the Vera Bradley Foundation.
Designed to fuel the body and fund research, the smoothie features a blend of pineapple, mango, strawberry, orange juice, cashew milk, dragon fruit and maple syrup. The smoothie was inspired by Vera Bradley’s Flourishing Garden Collection, the official 2025 pattern for the Vera Bradley Foundation for Breast Cancer. Its pink hue pays homage to Breast Cancer Awareness’ signature color and the foundation’s commitment to finding a cure.
Said Fausto Mieres, CEO of Green & Tonic: “We love creating meaningful collaborations that go beyond our menu and give back to our community. Partnering with the Vera Bradley Foundation for Breast Cancer on this smoothie lets us blend our passion for clean, functional food with a cause that touches so many lives. Every sip supports breast cancer research and reminds us of the strength and resilience in our community.”
“Since 1993, the Vera Bradley Foundation for Breast Cancer has been committed to raising funds and awareness for breast cancer research,” added Barbara Bradley Baekgaard, co-founder of the Vera Bradley Foundation for Breast Cancer. “We’re thrilled to partner with Green & Tonic on a collaboration that’s as purposeful as it is delicious. This smoothie is a fun, flavorful way for people to show their support and join us in the fight to end breast cancer.”
