A surgical specialty group and a computer-based testing company have leased space at 73 Market St. in Westchester”™s Ridge Hill, the 1.3 million-square-foot mixed-use development in Yonkers.
The long-term leases were announced by Colliers International, the brokerage representing Ridge Hill”™s Brooklyn-based owner, Forest City Ratner Cos.
Scarsdale Oral Surgery has leased 4,000 square feet of space for a new oral surgery center, the practice”™s fourth location in Westchester County.
Pearson VUE, part of London-based Pearson PLC and the Pearson Education family of companies, leased 2,500 square feet of office space. The company, which does professional licensing and certification testing, expects to open its Yonkers office by the end of this year, according to Colliers brokers.
Both tenants will occupy the third floor of the 250,000-square-foot Class A building.
Representing the landlord in the deals was the Colliers International team of Al Gutierrez, executive managing director of the firm”™s Stamford office, senior managing director Ian Ceppos, director Stephanie Coleman, and associate Cameron Paktinat.
Westmed Medical Group occupies the second floor of 73 Market St., while the first floor includes both retail and office space. Colliers is marketing the third floor as multi-tenant space.
Colliers brokers said approximately 50,000 square feet of space is available in the mixed-use building.
“In addition to being a premier destination for retail and entertainment, Ridge Hill is also a wonderful location for companies to set up shop,” said Ali Esmaeilzadeh, senior vice president of commercial and residential development for Forest City Ratner Cos.
