HED: Zaniac expands to Westport
Zaniac’s newest location in Westport held its grand opening recently, less than two years after franchisees Camilla Gazal and Flavia Naslausky opened the Utah-based company”™s first Northeast location at 644 W. Putnam Ave. in Greenwich.
Zaniac helps children learn science, technology, engineering and math in ways intended to help engage them and have fun, through the use of LEGO, Minecraft, and other hands-on and digital tools. Gazal and Naslausky hope to add as many as 10 locations, including the Westport campus at 1391 Post Road East and a Manhattan site slated to open in early September.
Since Zaniac opened in Greenwich, more than 500 students have signed up for Zaniac’s programs and about 300 enrolled in its summer camp.
