Tortoise Investment Management LLC has leased 8,000 square feet of space at 2 Westchester Park Drive in Westchester Park Center in the town of Harrison. The deal was announced by the building”™s owner, Heritage Realty Services LLC.
The investment management company had been located at 239 Central Ave. in White Plains.
George Constantin, president and CEO of Heritage, in the announcement noted the newly renovated two-building complex, part of the former Gannett Office Park, has attracted financial service and investment firms that include Ameriprise Financial Services, Clark Dodge Asset Management and Informa Investment Solutions.
Peter Zimmar of Heritage Realty represented the landlord in-house. The tenant was represented by Craig Lemle of Savills Studley.
