Elias “Lou” Nemnom has resigned as president and CEO of Visiting Nurse Services in Westchester and its affiliate agency, Westchester Care at Home, after 3½ years as the organization”™s top administrator. His resignation took effect Dec. 5.
Timothy Leddy, who joined VNS Westchetser as CFO earlier this year, will serve as acting CEO while the agency based in White Plains conducts a formal search for Nemnom”™s replacement.
The leadership changes were announced this week by Kyle O”™Loughlin-Cahill, board chairman of the Westchester Visiting Nurse Services Group Inc., the parent company of VNS Westchester and Westchester Care at Home. Cahill said the board of directors thanked Nemnom for his contributions to the agencies when accepting his resignation.
VNS Westchester and its affiliate agency, which provide private-duty home health aide services, have combined revenue of $38 million.
Leddy was president and CEO at the Visiting Nurse Association of Brooklyn and Empire Home Care Services before joining VNS Westchester last summer.
