Shelton-based William Raveis Real Estate, Mortgage & Insurance plans to relocate its headquarters from 7 Trap Falls Road to 2 Research Drive in Shelton. The move, which doubles the Raveis footprint from 22,000 square feet to 44,000 square feet, is designed to support recent and anticipated growth.
The completed move could take up to two years.

The new headquarters will house the company”™s executive team as well as its mortgage, insurance, information technology, marketing, exceptional properties, relocation, career development, human resources, new homes, accounting and call center departments. William Raveis plans to remodel the existing building to include a state-of-the-art media room, a world class IT platform, industry leading training facilities, an interior garden and employee workout facilities.

The new headquarters includes 39,000 square feet of office space and a 5,000-square-foot interior garden. William Raveis plans to move within the next 18 to 24 months, following the property”™s reconstruction.
