A North Castle man who arranges airplane charters has been sued for more than $1 million for allegedly not paying for flights.
Zenflight, of Suffolk County, demanded $501,098 from Brandon Weaver, in a lawsuit filed on March 27 in Westchester Supreme Court.
Nazar Massouh, founder of OIC private capital in Manhattan, demanded $502,173 from Weaver and Weaver Wings LLC, in a Nov. 12 complaint filed in Manhattan Supreme Court.
Weaver has worked as a regional sales director for Million Air White Planes, according to news stories. Million Air is based at Westchester County Airport and provides services for corporate and private aircraft and offers charter services.
Weaver Wings LLC, also known as Point to Point Aviation, was based at Weaver’s home in North Castle, near Armonk.
The lawsuits describe similar circumstances.
Zenflight, at Republic Airport in Farmingdale, offers aircraft management and air charters. From November 2025 to February 2026, Zenflight provided Weaver with a dozen charter trips worth $465,169, according to the lawsuit. Weaver promised to pay the full amount by April 24 but failed to do so.
Weaver admitted the debt in a confession of judgment. On April 27, the court entered the judgment against him, including interest, for $501,098.
The Massouh lawsuit refers to a charter trip that was to occur from July 27 through Aug. 1, last year, costing $498,930.
On October 17, Weaver, as president of Weaver Wings, admitted the debt in a settlement and in a promissory note and agreed to pay the full amount plus interest by Oct. 21.
Weaver allegedly failed to pay the obligation and Massouh sued on Nov. 12. Weaver failed to respond, and on Feb. 3 Massouh asked the court to grant summary judgment, including interest, for $502,173.
