Port Chester Nursing and Rehabilitation Centre was one of a select few nursing homes to receive a 5-star rating from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.
The 5-star rating is based on the facility”™s quality surveys, staff and commitment to quality measures.

Port Chester Nursing and Rehabilitation Centre, which offers short term rehabilitation, subacute care and a skilled nursing facility, is at 1000 High St.
