STRATFORD — Bad Body Gym of Bridgeport will relocate to 300 Avon St. in February, the broker of the lease deal announced Dec. 17.
The company, which is located at 215 Warren St. in Bridgeport, will occupy 3,324 square feet in the multi-tenant building. Taivon Jones, owner of the company, had outgrown their present location and wanted to offer their clients a more inviting and open facility for training.
Bruce Wettenstein, SIOR and Partner with Vidal/Wettenstein represented the tenant.
The building was recently purchased by Richard Balik, who reached out to Wettenstein to lease the two vacant sections of the building. The remaining 6,553 square foot unit has a lease out for review.
Jones is a qualified and accredited trainer who believes in the positive benefits fitness can bring to all areas of life.
