The Delamar Hotel Collection has announced a partnership with American fashion and interior designer Christian Siriano for its Delamar Westport Hotel, slated to open this fall.
Siriano – whose brick-and-mortar, The Collective West, is in Westport – will create the interiors of three suites, including the 3,000-square-foot presidential suite, which will be called the Siriano Suites. Additionally, Siriano will lend his bold signature style to the hotel’s lobby.
The Delamar Westport will also feature 86 guest rooms, a full-service restaurant, a bar with outdoor dining and lounge areas, meeting spaces, private function rooms, a fitness facility and an indoor pool.
“In the rich tapestry of Westport, Connecticut’s enduring embrace of creative luminaries spanning generations, from celebrated actors like Paul Newman, Joanne Woodward and Bette Davis to literary giants like F. Scott Fitzgerald and acclaimed artists such as William Glackens, it’s truly a privilege to collaborate with Christian Siriano, a rising star in today’s creative landscape,” said Charles Mallory, founder of the Delamar Hotels. “Christian Siriano epitomizes the fresh wave of artistic talent gracing Westport’s cultural sphere, and we’re thrilled to showcase his visionary work as a featured interior designer at Delamar Westport.”
“I’m so excited to be the featured interior designer for the new Delamar Westport Hotel,” Siriano added. “When the opportunity to design for the hotel presented itself, it was an immediate ‘yes.’ Interior design is a passion of mine, so I can’t wait for the guests to see my vision for this fabulous hotel come to life.”
