Chain store Ulta Beauty Inc. on Friday will open its newest Westchester County store within Cross County Shopping Center in Yonkers.
The new store features 20,000 beauty products across 500 brands, as well as a full-service hair salon and dermatology and makeup services.
A ceremonial ribbon cutting at the store at 800 Mall Walk in Yonkers will be held at 10 a.m. Yonkers Mayor Mike Spano, members of the Business Council of Westchester and officials from the Yonkers Chamber of Commerce will join the company for the grand opening.
With headquarters in Bolingbrook, Illinois, Ulta Beauty is the largest beauty retailer in the nation. The store carries cosmetics, skin care products, fragrances and hair care products.
The chain, which changed its name from Ulta Salon, Cosmetics and Fragrance Inc. in January, operates other locations in Westchester including stores at Jefferson Valley Mall in Yorktown, Rivertowns Square in Dobbs Ferry and the Port Chester Shopping Center.
