AT&T, the communications holding company, announced the expansion of its 4G LTE network in Westchester County. The move will bring more customers the latest generation of wireless network technology, and is part of AT&T’s ongoing rollout across the New York metro area.
The AT&T 4G LTE coverage in Westchester County now reaches Mount Vernon, Pelham, New Rochelle, Larchmont, Mamaroneck, Harrison, Rye,  Rye Brook, Port Chester, Purchase, North Yonkers, Hastings-on-Hudson, Eastchester, White Plains, Hartsdale, Greenville, Tuckahoe, Dobbs Ferry, Ardsley, Scarsdale, Elmsford and Fairview. It also covers areas along Routes 95, 287, and 9A and the Hutchinson River Parkway and Westchester Avenue.
Several benefits of the AT&T 4G LTE include: faster speeds, new devices, faster response time, and a more efficient use of spectrum.

AT&T’s 4G LTE network delivers up to 10 times faster service than 3G, also it offers multiple innovations that optimize the network for performance. Even as AT&T expand its 4G LTE coverage, their customers can access 4G speeds outside of 4G LTE areas on the company”™s 4G HSPA+ network.
Within the past five years, AT&T has invested more than $115 billion into its operations and into acquiring spectrum and other assets that have enhanced wireless and wired networks.
