AutoPart International Inc., a Massachusetts-based supplier of replacement parts to the automotive aftermarket, has leased 9,566 square feet of  industrial space at 120 Allen St. in Stratford.
Jon Angel, president of Angel Commercial LLCÂ in Southport, said the space was on the market for less than two months before the long-term lease with the wholesale auto parts supplier and store operator brought the building to full occupancy.
Angel represented the landlord in the deal. Vance Taylor of Commercial Real Estate Group in Berlin represented the tenant.
