“It relates to both people that already live in New Rochelle moving up into a better, brand-new living opportunity as well as drawing people from the city,” she says.

“We”™re really excited (that) Joe Coffee Co. is joining the Stella as our lobby café,” says Angela Ferrara of The Marketing Directors LLC, the marketing and leasing company working to fill the Stella. They can still use the area around the café to plug in as a venue for meet and greets and other business functions.”
