Kiehl’s Since 1851, a skin care company, will hold a grand-opening ceremony this week for its new location in The Westchester mall in White Plains.
The company will hold the public ceremony from 4 to 9 p.m. Friday, and will feature refreshments and gift card and product giveaways.
The White Plains store will be the 65th location for Kiehl’s, which is based in Manhattan. As stated in its name, the company was founded in 1851 in New York’s East Village, where it houses its flagship store. The company is perhaps best known for displaying the fighter planes of second-generation owner and World War II fighter pilot Aaron Morse in the East Village location.
In a news release, Kiehl’s Since 1851 said it will be introducing three new sun care products later this month. Its products include creams, soaps, shampoos, moisturizers and other skin care materials.
