In anticipation of the winter holiday shopping season, Jefferson Valley Mall will hold a job fair Oct. 8 from 10 a.m. to 9:30. p.m. at its Yorktown Heights location.
Retail and restaurant positions available include sales, servers, cashiers, management and key-holder opportunities at stores such as Bath & Body Works, Forever 21, Piercing Pagoda, Stride Rite, Hollister, Things Remembered, Zales, Macy’s and Sears.
Full-time, part-time and seasonal jobs are available. Retailers will have employment signs hanging in their windows throughout the day.
The mall at 650 Lee Boulevard  is in the first phase of a $60 million revitalization project that will bring a renovated food court, new retail offerings and other improvements. Construction crews broke ground last month on the roughly two-year project.
