Pantaenius America Ltd., the U.S. arm of Europe”™s largest yacht insurance brokerage, signed an early renewal of its lease for 1,862 square feet of office space at 500 Mamaroneck Ave. in Harrison.
Pantaenius traces its business lineage to Hamburg, Germany, where the company was founded in 1899. Its agents insure more than 60,000 yachts through 10 offices worldwide.
Alan Zuckerman, president of Alan Zuckerman Real Estate, brokered the deal for the tenant. The landlord, Malkin Properties, was represented by Jeffrey H. Newman, executive vice president of Malkin Properties, with Malkin senior leasing associate Kim Zaccagnino and leasing associate Tara Long. Attorney David Bleckner, of David Bleckner P.C., also represented the landlord.
