eRealty Advisors Inc., a White Plains-based real estate brokerage, has expanded into Massachusetts with the opening of a Boston office. This marks the fourth office for the company, which started in 2017 and operates in New York, Connecticut and New Jersey.
eRealty Advisors provides residential and commercial agents with a 100% commission on all of their closings, with no minimums or special requirements. Agents that participate in this service pay a $99 monthly flat fee that includes an online transaction management system, marketing support and networking with other eRealty Advisors agents.
“Our plan is to continue to grow strategically in the Northeast over the next two years while charting our eventual expansion south and west,” said Stephen Apple, co-founder of eRealty Advisors.
