The White Plains multifamily development 15 Bank Apartments was sold for $195 million.
Built in 2003, the 501-unit development at 15 Bank St. spans two interconnected high-rise towers in the city’s downtown. The deal is valued at $390,000 per unit.
The property was acquired by Waterton, a Chicago-based real estate investor and property management company. CBRE brokered the transaction on behalf of the seller Heitman, another Chicago-based real estate investment firm, which purchased the property in 2010 for $155 million.
