KZA Realty Group Inc.  in the Bronx announced that Dwayne McKinley and Eric Grosse have leased 2,160 square feet of retail space at 128 Gramatan Ave. in downtown Mount Vernon.

The 5-year lease was valued at approximately $242,100.

Sherry Scanlon of KZA represented both the tenants and the landlord, Anthony Gizzo of G&G Realty Management Corp.
