RCM Technologies Inc., a national information technology company, will move its Westchester County office from 3020 Westchester Ave. in Purchase to 333 Westchester Ave. in White Plains.
The company will move some time during the third quarter of the fiscal year into a 9,000-square-foot space on the second floor in the East Building of the office campus, according to Cohen Brothers Realty Corp., which announced the lease.
Cohen Brothers and Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord in the lease, with Cresa representing the tenant. Asking rent was approximately $26 per square foot, according o the announcement.
The 333 Westchester Ave. property, owned and developed by Charles S. Cohen, is a 39-acre, 500-square-foot class A corporate office park. Other tenants include Reis Inc., USI Inc. and Prager Metis.
RCM has more than 25 offices across the country and is based in Pennsauken, N.J.
