Actor Penn Badgley has lowered the asking price on his Ulster County home from $1.85 million to $1.7 million.
The 10.5-acre property at 72 Whispell Road in Olive features a 5,183-square-foot, three-floor residence with four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a library/office room and two laundry rooms. The residence also features solar panels and a geothermal system.
Badgley, who is best known for playing Dan Humphrey in The CW teen drama series “Gossip Girl” and Joe Goldberg in the Netflix thriller series “You,” purchased the property last August for $1.6 million.
