Penn Badgley lowers listing price on Ulster County home

Actor Penn Badgley has lowered the asking price on his Ulster County home from $1.85 million to $1.7 million.

The 10.5-acre property at 72 Whispell Road in Olive features a 5,183-square-foot, three-floor residence with four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a library/office room and two laundry rooms. The residence also features solar panels and a geothermal system.

Badgley, who is best known for playing Dan Humphrey in The CW teen drama series “Gossip Girl” and Joe Goldberg in the Netflix thriller series “You,” purchased the property last August for $1.6 million.
