
NORWALK – Pepper Partners LLC sold the site of an auto repair shop at 131-135 New Canaan Ave. for $450,000 to 131 New Canaan LLC on Friday, April 4, according to the real estate broker.
Bruce Wettenstein, SIOR and partner with Vidal/Wettenstein of Westport, announced the property was the last of five parcels Shelton-based Pepper Partners assets sold in Fairfield County. The others include a retail shopping center in Newtown, a parcel of commercial land in New Milford, an auto repair facility in Ridgefield, and a property on Kings Highway in Fairfield.
The Norwalk site consists of an automotive repair shop and an adjoining parcel of land. Plans for the property were not disclosed, although there is an existing automotive tenant in the building.
The 1,564-square-foot 131 New Canaan Ave. property was valued at $480,750 and assessed at $336,530 in 2023, according to Norwalk property records. It was built in 1955.
