Newmark adds to commercial sales team

Jared A. Zimmel has joined Newmark Grubb Knight Frank as managing director in the firm”™s capital group, where he will be involved in all aspects of corporate and investment property sales in the suburban tristate area.

Zimmel, a director for five years in the metropolitan area capital markets group of Cushman & Wakefield Inc., works with office, multifamily, retail and industrial properties. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers Next Generation committee.
