A 21,000-square-foot property on Central Avenue in Hartsdale leased by two national home furnishing retailers recently sold for $8.84 million, according to Northeast Private Client Group.
The retail property at 150-152 S. Central Ave. is on a 1.75-acre lot and is occupied by national retailers Ethan Allen and Blinds To Go on 10-year net leases, according to the investment sales brokerage firm.
Edward Jordan, managing director in Northeast Private Client Group”™s White Plains office, represented the seller, described as a family trust with members in Florida and California.
The buyer, a New York-based investor represented by broker Vijay Raghavan, paid approximately $420 per square foot for the property, with a 6.9 percent capitalization rate. Jordan said the buyer made the deal in a tax-deferred exchange.
