Topping Hill, a 27-acre estate in Greenwich, has been sold for a discounted $30 million after more than two years on the market.
The French Normandy-style mansion was custom built in 2020 and features six bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, a 250-case wine cellar, a gym, an indoor pool and a Kevlar-lined safe room. The grounds include a boathouse and frontage to a private lake, a tennis court and pavilion and nearly four acres of gardens.
The original homeowners listed the property in April 2021 after less than a year”™s residency, with an asking price of $40 million. That was reduced to $37.5 million in July 2022. Listing agents Pam Cunconan and Katie Schaller of Coldwell Banker Realty stated that the reduced $30 million sale price was the second largest closing in Greenwich this year.
