Annese & Associates Inc., an information technology services company headquartered in Clifton Park, has expanded and consolidated its downstate operation with the relocation of its offices in Brewster and Warwick to a 3,800-square-foot office space in the East Building at 333 Westchester Ave. in White Plains.
Annese officials in a press release said the Westchester space more than doubles the size of the company”™s lower Hudson Valley office and will accommodate 26 employees and new staff members expected to be added over the next year. They said the move gives the IT services company greater visibility and accessibility across the region and also provides a base for business growth and expansion into New York City, Connecticut and New England.
With six offices in the state, Annese reported $90 million in companywide revenue for 2016. The downstate region, formerly served from Annese offices in Putnam and Orange counties, accounted for the second highest in revenue among offices in the last fiscal year, growing 13 percent in year-over-year revenue, according to the company in its 2016 annual report.
In addition to its suburban Albany headquarters, the 150-employee, women-owned business also has upstate offices in Buffalo, Syracuse, Rochester and Herkimer, the Mohawk Valley city where Annese began in 1970 as a communications technology sales company.
“Annese is committed to evolving and innovating as a company and we know that this move into White Plains will have far-reaching effects as it relates to customer engagement, recruitment and outreach,” said Yvonne Annese LoRe, Annese co-owner and chairwoman, who spearheads the company”™s property acquisition efforts.
Annese will debut its new White Plains office to the community when it hosts an office Happy Hour from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. June 15, when guests can tour the space and mingle with the Annese team. Guests are asked to RSVP by June 12 at annese.com/WhitePlains.
