PLANTING FOR HEALTHY LIVING

Burke Rehabilitation Hospital in White Plains launched during planting season its Community Garden to support employee wellness and healthy living through optimal nutrition. Burke employees and volunteers planted, weeded and watered the squash, tomatoes, peppers, herbs and other starter plants from Westchester County”™s Stone Barns Center for Food and Agriculture. They will continue to enjoy the fresh produce during harvesting.
