Twenty-five-year industry financial veteran Alison Luisi will join JLL”™s Stamford office as a vice president. She will work in collaboration with the Stamford office brokerage team led by Executive Managing Director Drew Saunders.
Luisi, a former vice president at RM Friedland, will focus on growing JLL”™s local and national senior housing and health care practices with a focus on adaptive reuse of big-box retail. Prior to RM Friedland, Luisi served on the capital markets team at Avison Young.
“Alison is an acknowledged capital markets specialist with deep experience in all aspects of the real estate industry, including sales, asset management, trading, hedge funds and valuation,” said Saunders.
Luisi is a graduate of Bucknell University and is a member of 100 Women in Finance and REFA.
