
The nationwide employment law firm Jackson Lewis P.C. recently announced that Thomas L. Petriccione of the firm’s White Plains office has been elevated to principal focusing his practice on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling.

Petriccione counsels employers of varying sizes and across industries in a wide range of labor and employment matters, including union grievances, representational campaigns, National Labor Relations Board trials and other traditional labor matters. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Fordham University School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts degree from Georgetown University, and is one of 16 attorneys elevated to principal firmwide as part of Jackson Lewis’ 2026 principal class.
