Global Real Estate Advisor Ryan Loechner has joined William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty’s Westport brokerage. A seasoned real estate professional with a background in software development, media strategy, and competitive swim coaching, Loechner brings a uniquely analytical, service-driven and community-focused perspective to his clients.
A Fairfield County native, Loechner grew up in Weston and has lived throughout the area, including Fairfield, Norwalk, Stamford and Westport. His deep local knowledge and connection to the community form the foundation of his client-centered approach.
Since entering the real estate industry eight years ago, Loechner has worked with clients across all segments of the market. His background in media and digital strategy gives him a unique edge in marketing and positioning listings, while his technology skills align well with the technology-focused approach today’s buyers and sellers depend upon.
Loechner’s commitment to excellence made the Sotheby’s International Realty brand a natural next step in his professional journey. “To me, luxury isn’t about price point — it’s about the level of service you offer,” he said.
Loechner was honored with a Rising Star Award early in his real estate career and is excited to grow within the Sotheby’s International Realty brand. When he’s not working with clients, he enjoys skiing, biking, running and attending concerts with his family. He lives in Stamford with his wife and daughter and remains an active presence in the Fairfield County community.
