Pioneer Financial, a leading financial security company, has announced the promotion of Brandon I. Luke and Rita Konnov to partner.
As senior director of talent development and lead advisor Luke will continue to oversee talent development initiatives, support team members in achieving their career goals and directly serve Pioneer’s clients.
Since joining Pioneer Financial in 2010, Luke has created an environment where every team member can thrive. He directly serves clients as a lead advisor, holds multiple professional designations and is active in community service. He graduated from Columbia University with a degree in English literature and a minor in education.
As senior director of Operations, Konnov will continue to lead internal control, risk management and process innovation. Since joining Pioneer Financial in 2006, Konnov has driven the firm’s growth and innovation. She holds Series 7 and 63 securities registrations and has been instrumental in shaping both internal operations and client relationships. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Hunter College.
