FLB Law, a full-service law firm in Westport, Connecticut, recently announced that partner Matthias Sportini has been selected as one of the 2024 New Leaders in the Law by the “Connecticut Law Tribune” for the New England Legal Awards. This honor recognizes attorneys under the age of 40 who have made significant contributions to the legal profession.
Sportini is among more than 30 exceptional young attorneys from Connecticut and other New England states to receive this recognition.

Sportini’s litigation services focus on commercial litigation, including business disputes, breach of contract actions, defense of directors’ and officers’ liability claims, and construction defect cases. His transactional practice includes real estate, zoning and land use matters, and corporate and business transactions.
Sportini earned his Juris Doctorate and Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Connecticut.
