FLB Law in Westport, Connecticut, recently announced that Managing Partner Eric D. Bernheim has been named to the 2025 Chambers USA guide of top Connecticut attorneys, earning recognition in both the Real Estate and Land Use/Zoning categories. This marks his second consecutive year being honored by Chambers USA, and the first time he has been ranked for his work in land use and zoning.
“I’m honored to be recognized once again by Chambers USA and especially proud to be included in Band 1 of this year for land use and zoning tables,” said Bernheim. “This reflects the continued trust our clients place in us and the impact our work is having on communities across Connecticut. I’m grateful to be part of projects that shape our region’s growth in a meaningful way, like The Hamlet at Saugatuck, a transformative mixed-use development currently reshaping the Saugatuck area of Westport.
As head of FLB Law’s Real Estate and Zoning & Land Use practices, Bernheim advises prominent developers, landlords, tenants and lenders on a wide range of transactions and regulatory matters.
In addition to The Hamlet, Bernheim has contributed to several notable projects across Fairfield County, including The SoNo Collection, the Westport Weston Family YMCA, The Norwalk Art Space, and Garavel Subaru’s new dealership.
Bernheim founded the annual Real Estate Outlook, a widely attended event that draws leading industry professionals to discuss market trends and development insights.
His recognition by Chambers USA adds to a growing list of professional accolades he has received.
