Hudson Valley Credit Union (HVCU) in Poughkeepsie has welcomed Nell Acosta as vice president, director of digital channels.
She previously served as senior managing director, head of digital delivery and salesforce technology at Webster Bank where she managed a team of 60 employees to execute the company’s digital experience strategy. In her new role, she’s responsible for enhancing digital member relationships and implementing testing strategies to improve key metrics. She earned her Master of Business Administration degree from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
