Thalle Industries marked its 40th anniversary recently with a grand celebration April 11 at the Trump National Golf Club in Briarcliff Manor.
The event brought together elected officials, valued customers and Thalle’s dedicated staff for an evening filled with music, food and heartfelt tributes to the company’s remarkable journey.
“At Thalle, we operate like a family business,” said Thalle Industries President and CEO Glenn Pacchiana, who had three generations of his family present. “We value the contributions of every staff member, fostering an environment where everyone loves their job and strives for exceptional service. This dedication translates into a superior experience for our customers, who know they are working with a team that truly cares.”
The celebration highlighted Thalle Industries’ commitment to providing high-quality construction materials and its unwavering dedication to the communities it serves. As an environmentally responsible supplier of virgin and recycled aggregate, asphalt products and concrete, Thalle has become a cornerstone of the construction industry in the Hudson Valley and beyond. With facilities in Fishkill, Montrose and Elmsford, New York, the company has consistently demonstrated its ability to deliver excellence and innovation.
Pacchiana also underscored the importance of social responsibility and giving back to the communities that have supported Thalle throughout its 40-year history.
“We believe in being good corporate citizens,” said Pacchiana. “Our commitment extends beyond providing quality materials to actively supporting local initiatives and organizations.”
Thalle Industries has a long-standing tradition of supporting various community groups, charities and environmental organizations. Most recently, during the holiday season, the company made substantial donations to local food pantries in Fishkill, Montrose and Elmsford. Thalle also proudly sponsors the Fresh Air Fund, providing opportunities for children from underserved communities.
As the pothole-filling season ramps up, Thalle Industries is prepared to meet the increased demand for asphalt. Its Fishkill plant can produce up to 350 tons of asphalt per hour, offering a diverse range of mixes, including porous, warm and custom blends. Additionally, Thalle’s Virtual Quarry facilities in Elmsford and Montrose play a crucial role in recycling construction debris, including clean concrete and asphalt, promoting sustainable practices.
The 40th-anniversary celebration was a testament to Thalle Industries’ enduring success, rooted in its commitment to quality, community and its dedicated team.
