Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England Properties has followed its recent purchase of Prudential Centennial Realty in Westchester by acquiring Tri-Crest Realty Inc., a 30-agent brokerage based in Eastchester.
The Tri-Crest deal gives New England Properties a total of 56 offices and more than 1,600 agents operating in New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts and Rhode Island, the company said in its announcement. The acquired companies in Westchester operate as Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Westchester Properties to reflect their local market expertise.
Broker Veronica Meola will continue leading the Eastchester office.
