On July 11 Simone Development Companies and Fareri Associates announced that Summit Health has signed a new long term lease.
In addition to renewing the existing 14,243 square feet of medical office space comprising the ground floor of 644 West Putnam Avenue in Greenwich, an additional 5,610 square feet will be leased on the second floor.

Summit Health is a physician-led healthcare network with offices across the country with services for every stage of life.
Simone Development Companies and Fareri Associates were represented by Newmark and in-house legal teams while Summit Health was represented by Cushman and Wakefield.
