The asking price for the lease is $20 per square foot for the 3,660-square-foot space on the corner of Washington Boulevard and Main Street at what is known as Columbus Park. It is owned by Overseas Development Corp.
According to the Houlihan Lawrence flyer, the available space provides a layout suitable for a range of industries – such as finance, legal, creative or consulting. Some of the interior features include large oversized windows and a flexible floor plan that can accommodate open-concept workspaces and private offices. There are five private offices, one conference room and seven workstations.
The mixed-use building, which is a Class B property built in 1928, is zoned for Central City (CC).
