STAMFORD – The second floor of 953 Washington Blvd. downtown is available for lease, according to Barbara Huber of Houlihan Lawrence.
The asking price for the lease is $20 per square foot for the 3,660-square-foot space on the corner of Washington Boulevard and Main Street at what is known as Columbus Park. It is owned by Overseas Development Corp.
According to the Houlihan Lawrence flyer, the available space provides a layout suitable for a range of industries – such as finance, legal, creative or consulting. There are five private offices, one conference room and seven workstations.
The mixed-use building, which is a Class B property built in 1928, is zoned for Central City (CC). The CC zone is designed to support dense commercial, office, retail and service-oriented uses, promoting a vibrant, walkable downtown with easy access to public transit, retail, dining and employment centers.
