
RYE BROOK, New York – A 3,164-square-foot commercial building at 873 Boston Post Road in Darien, Connecticut, was sold for $1.5 million, according to Houlihan Lawrence Commercial, the leading real estate firm serving New York City’s northern suburbs that represented the buyer.
The buyer, Eld Street Properties LLC, was represented by Kim Galton, director of retail of the commercial division. Eld Street Properties, which is owned by Darien resident Eric Glasband, bought the property from Andrew Bloom, who owns 873 Boston Post Road LLC. Glasband operates Glasband Stempel Wealth Management Group of Boca Raton, Florida.
The building, which is home to Darien Station Variety, Â sold for $1.5M and the buyer will enjoy the income that is generated from two tenants with long-term leases and solid local businesses.
