Christopher B. Fisher has been appointed managing partner at Cuddy & Feder LLP, the White Plains law firm announced. He succeeds Joshua E. Kimerling, who served three years in the role.
Fisher joined Cuddy & Feder in 1994 and five years later was named a partner in the firm, where he is founder and chairman of its telecommunications group, a practice he will continue to head as managing partner. He is former chairman of Cuddy & Feder”™s land use, zoning and development group and was a member of the firm”™s management committee from 2003 through 2013.
As chair of broadband technology for the Westchester County Association, Fisher last fall helped launch the business advocacy group”™s Smart Growth Compact to bring ultra-high-speed gigabit technology to four cities in Westchester ”“ Mount Vernon, New Rochelle, White Plains and Yonkers. He is also president and a founding board member of the New York State Wireless Association, which brings together wireless telecommunications professionals, government officials and the public to create a platform for a unified voice among the wireless industry.
Fisher graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo and received his law degree from Pace University School of Law. He serves on the Pace Law School Board of Visitors.
