The regional fitness chain HOT PHIIT will open its third studio next month at 138 East Putnam Road in Cos Cob.
The chain opened in Bronxville in 2019 and later opened a second boutique studio in Darien. According to the company, HOT PHIIT provides high-intensity fitness training “by adding the healing and therapeutic benefits of FAR Infrared technology” to its “full-body, beat-based workouts.”
Monique Crous, the owner of the Darien studio, and Jessie Lambiase, the Bronxville studio owner, are partnering on the new space.
“We are thrilled to expand our unique HOT PHIIT workout in this area,” said Crous. “I feel so passionate about our classes and concept and know there are so many in the community that will love this new way of working out. Combining our classes with FAR Infrared heat is a very unique concept, and we welcome everyone to experience the healing benefits and the results!”
